  1. Well I hope the best for your sister Cross, and be sure to take care on your long trip. Get there safe.
  2. Announced at GTC 2017, the Tesla V100 is an enterprise-level processor powered by the Volta GV100 GPU: the first chip in the world built with a 12nm FFN process. A single Volta GV100 packs in 21 billion transistors, 5120 CUDA cores, 320 texture units and a 4096-bit HBM2 memory interface with a boost clock speed of 1455MHz. It's equipped with 640 Tensor Cores capable of providing 120 teraflops of tensor operations. Boasting 16GB HBM2 operating at 900 GB/s, the Volta architecture is purportedly four times faster than NVIDIA's top-of-the-range Pascal GPUs in peak teraflops. According to NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, thousands of NVIDIA engineers spent over three years crafting Volta for a total development cost of $3 billion. In addition to being NVIDIA's most powerful GPU it is also the biggest: the die size is 815mm2 which is roughly the same size as an Apple Watch. (By contrast, the Tesla P100 measures 600mm.) 5. Very nice........................................ AND WHERE IS MINE?
  6. Yet another video I did while in space engine. Come take a journey of our solar system and all it's thirteen planets (including Dwarf planets). Tour the vastness of space, and see just how small we really are, compared to our solar system, our galaxy and our universe. Music by Stelladrone - "Eternity" "I don't belong here".
  7. This isn't actually a new game but I'm not sure if any one has actually heard of it. For those who like space and exploring, this is for you. It is a simulator/game where you get to explore the known Universe in all it's glory and wonder. You can hop from galaxy to galaxy seeking out new worlds and one's that have the potential for supporting life. You can even fly your own space craft, but this can be very tricky in it's self. The graphics are bloody good for a game that is totally free to download and play. It is a beta and they do suggest you have the latest video driver installed. It can be a bit heavy on your memory too. All in all a good space adventure to try out. Here is the link to download - http://spaceengine.org/download/spaceengine It's about a Gb in size. Here is a video I did of me in game play, so you can see how good the graphics are. Music is by - M83 - I'm sending you away. Enjoy.
  8. I installed graw today and ran through an co-op by myself. I forgot how brutal the Ai can be. Had so much fun. So I am thinking of starting up a new GRAW server from my living room. Not sure how well it will run. If others are interested in playing again, let me know and I will get started on it. But I want at least another 4 people to join in. If the interest is there, then I will start one up. What do you think?
  9. I would if I could......... but I can't. I don't even have a job. My wife supports me..........Sorry.
  10. Yeah, I don't think it's going to work to well at all, on my connection. The more people that join will ultimately kill it.
  11. Yes, I realize that........ Thanks.
  12. Well, that would make a least 4 of us now, so I will get started and let you all know. It will come down to how my internet will be able to handle it. Hopefully it can.
  13. It was posted about a week ago........ April 2017.
  14. This may be abit late, but those stats won't exist anymore........... I think.
  15. I have nothing but trouble when it comes to any product's labelled with XFX. All of them faulty, whether video cards or psu's, none worked the way they were intended. This is my 2nd XFX Psu that replaced the 1st one that was faulty. The first one would randomly lose power and power up again. So the store replaced it with this unit (which looks nothing like the original, as they said this is a revised version of it). Now this one won't turn on at the case power button. All that will happen is the ram led's will light up and nothing else. Have too cycle power switch on Psu to get my Pc to finally boot. Seems to be another faulty XFX Psu as I never had this problem before. The XFX XTS Series 1000W Platinum power supply is an energy efficient 80 Plus Platinum certified PSU that combines superior energy efficiency, great performance, innovative design, a nd the high quality required by hardcore gamers and DIY enthusiasts as it is designed specifically for multi-GPU systems. Advanced EasyRail technology allows you to run power-hungry components, such as a CPU and GPU, without worrying about individual rail limits. Enjoy first-class reliability and stability with 105C Japanese capacitors. Backed by a 5 year XFX warranty. Features: EasyRail Plus Technology allowing plenty of Wattage headroom to handle your devices Hybrid Fan Control allowing the power supply to operate silently until it reaches 20 percent load or 25 degrees AMD Radeon CrossFire Ready NVIDIA GeForce SLI Ready Ultra Ventilation - grid structure Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Electrolytic Capacitors Active Power Factor Correction (99% PF Typical) True Wattage Guarantee 80 Plus Platinum certified 92% power efficiency I would advise any one thinking of purchasing any XFX product's NOT to. Because all you will end up with is an expensive paper weight. I give XFX the BIG thumb's down.
